Buenos días!
My name is Vincent Solleveld and I am the face behind 14 REAL ESTATE.

I have been active as an entrepreneur in Barcelona and Mallorca for at least 30 years and I have been able to set up and managed some beautiful projects. I grew up in a real estate family, so the passion for real estate is in my DNA. I get a lot of energy from anything that has to do with real estate: from acting as a purchasing advisor or rental agent to selling a house or managing an investment in a real estate project.
Therefore, I have accumulated my knowledge and strengths all in 1 company: 14 REAL ESTATE – Number 1 for REAL ESTATE.

We have been living in Palma de Mallorca as a family, with my wife and children since 2015. During this time, I have built many relationships with true native islanders. I am well educated in the advantages of the Spanish lifestyle.
